摘要

作为区域创新系统内具有引领和带动区域创新能力的创新中心,具有创新投入高、创新产出大、创新资源集聚等特征。区域创新中心同时也是复杂的网络系统。在研究长三角城市群区域创新中心的概念及内涵的基础上,阐述长三角城市群区域创新中心的基本特征,进而提出长三角城市群区域创新中心的功能结构体系。通过分析上海推进长三角城市群区域创新中心的基本态势,提出建设长三角区域创新中心功能与布局的基本设想。
        As an innovation center with in the regional innovation system, it has the characteristics of high innovation input, large innovation output and concentration of innovative resources.The Regional Innovation Center is also a complex network system.On the basis of studying the concept and connotation of the regional innovation center of the Yangtze River Delta city group, the basic characteristics of the regional innovation center of the Yangtze River Delta city group are expounded, and then the functional structure system of the regional innovation center of the yangtze river delta city group is proposed.By analyzing the basic situation of Shanghai's regional innovation center to promote the Yangtze River Delta city group, this paper puts forward the basic idea of building the function and layout of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Innovation Center.
