摘要
利用E-BioFAS~(TM)钢结构中试装置(20 t/d)处理苏州市城南污水处理厂的初沉池出水,研究不同硝化液回流比及不同进水水量工况下该中试装置对主要污染物的去除效果。结果表明:在进水水量不高于2.0 m~3/h系统出水水质能稳定达到一级A标准(GB 18918-2002)要求,并且能耐受2.4峰值系数的水量负荷冲击。本次研究为完善E-BioFAS~(TM)工艺设计以及将该工艺用在农村生活污水处理领域提供了较好的基础研究。TM
E-BioFAS~(TM) steel structure pilot plant(20t/d)was used to treat the effluent from the primary sedimentation tank of Suzhou Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant.The removal efficiency of main pollutants by the pilot plant was studied under different internal return ratio and influent flowrate conditions.The results show that the effluent quality of the system with influent flowrate not higher than 2.0m~3/h can reach Class 1A standard requirements(GB 18918-2002),with2.4 peaking factor.This study provides a good basic research for the improvement of E-BioFAS~(TM) process design and its application in rural domestic sewage treatment.
