In order to improve the seed setting rate of Leymus chinensis under natural ecological conditions, the effects of boron, manganese, zinc, copper, phosphorus on the seed setting rate of Leymus chinensis were studied by applying different treatments in spraying times and application methods. The results showed that the best combination of production conditions for Leymus chinensis was applying boron fertilizer 3.75 kg·hm-2 for 10-15 days before returning to green,30 kg·hm-2 before returning to green,75 and 37.5 kg·hm-2 before returning to green, and 30 kg·hm-2 at heading stage.Available nitrogen and phosphorus were 37.5 and 30 kg·hm-2 at the beginning of flowering.
