立德树人背景下高校体育教学的实现路径

摘要
高校体育教学可以从体育课堂常规、教学比赛和偶发事件三个方面入手,引导学生准确认识体育、体育课,塑造正确的输赢观,提高体育素养,进而践行立德树人的根本任务。"育体"是关键,"育德"是核心,二者是高校体育育人价值的两个方面,关注一方,忽略另一方都是不正确的。体质与健康是形,体育品德是神,形是神的基础,神是形的灵魂,体育教学是促进学生身体和思想协调发展的教学途径之一。
Physical education( PE) teaching in colleges and universities helps students understand physical exercise and PE class through class routines,sports matches and contingencies. The main task of PE teaching is for high moral values establishment and students' cultivation,which is based on both a correct concept on winning and losing and physical literacy. Physical fitness improvement and spiritual nurturing are two valuable aspects in cultivating students through PE. It's unacceptable to focus on one side while ignore the other. Sportsmanship is based on corporeity,fitness and it serves as the soul of a healthy life. PE teaching is one of the best ways to promote coordinated development of mind and body.
