影响高校技巧啦啦操运动员竞技能力的因素分析

摘要
作为高校技巧啦啦操比赛的每一名成员,其竞技能力如何,都会对比赛最终成绩产生直接影响,因此探讨运动员竞技能力以及相应的构成因素便显得非常关键.以高校技巧啦啦操运动员的竞技能力及其构成要素为主要研究对象,综合应用文献资料法、访谈法等,分析梳理技巧啦啦操的基本项目特点,并得到结论:给技巧啦啦操运动员竞技能力造成影响的核心因素在于技能、身体、心理3个方面,这3者是相互促进、缺一不可的.
As each member of the skill cheerleading competition in colleges and universities,its competitive ability will have a direct impact on the final results of the competition.Therefore,it is very important to explore the athletes' competitive ability and the corresponding constituent factors.By taking the competitive ability and its constituent elements of the skill cheerleading athletes in colleges and universities as the main research object,by using the methods of documentation and interview,and the basic characteristics of cheerleading are analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn.That is to say,the core factors influencing the competitive ability of skill cheerleading athletes are skills,physical and psychological aspects,which are mutually reinforcing and indispensable.
