摘要

众所周知,拆迁在社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用。在依法治国背景下,加快推进依法拆迁工作,重点要加强对拆迁工作的管理,做好拆迁惠民工作,除此之外,不仅要完善地方配套立法,填补法律空白,还要加强拆迁工作的宣传力度,强化舆论的正面引导,才能取得拆迁工作的顺利开展。
        We all know that demolition and relocation play a key role in the social development.Under the background of ruling the country by law,Speeding up the work of demolition and relocation according to Law,we should strengthen the management of the demolition work and benefit the people.Besides,we should not only improve the local supporting legislation and fill the legal gap,but also strengthen the propaganda of demolition work and the positive guidance of public opinion,and then,we can achieve the smooth development of the work of demolition and relocation.
