活化剂结合套种对青葙修复重金属污染土壤影响的研究

摘要
采用棉叶膏桐(Jatropha gossypiifolia L.)与青葙(Celosia argentea L.)进行套种,在植物种植2、3个月时施加组配活化剂,研究组配活化剂和套种处理对青葙生长和提取土壤重金属的影响。结果表明,组配活化剂可以促进青葙生长,但与棉叶膏桐套种处理时,套种影响了青葙生长。向土壤中施加组配活化剂可以明显促进青葙富集土壤中的Zn、Pb、Mn,青葙提取土壤中的Zn、Pb、Mn能力也明显增强,种植4个月后,青葙+活化剂处理青葙地上部提取Zn、Pb、Mn量较单种青葙处理分别增加59.74%、48.95%、76.16%,但与棉叶膏桐套种,青葙地上部提取Zn、Pb、Mn量下降,较青葙+活化剂处理分别降低50.05%、55.04%、51.44%。土壤中施加活化剂可增强青葙去除土壤Zn、Pb、Mn,但与棉叶膏桐套种影响了重金属去除率,修复时青葙不适合与棉叶膏桐套种。
        The plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of combined activator with the co-crop of Jatropha gossypiifolia L. and Celosia argentea L. on extraction heavy metals and growth of Celosia argentea L. The combined activator was used after two months and three months planting. The results showed that combined activator could promote the growth of Celosia argentea L.,but the growth was affected by co-cropping with Jatropha gossypiifolia. The application of the combined activator to the soil could obviously promote the enrichment of Zn,Pb and Mn in soil. Zn,Pb and Mn extraction ability of Celosia argentea L. was also significantly enhanced. After four months planting. The Zn,Pb and Mn extraction content of aboveground of Celosia argentea L.+ activator treatment was more than that of mono-crop of Celosia argentea L. treatment,and the increasing rate was 59. 74%,48.95% and 76.16% respectively. But the extraction content of Zn,Pb and Mn was affected by co-cropping with Jatropha gossypiifolia,with the decreasing rate of 50.05%,55.04% and 51.44% respectively. The application of the combined activator to the soil could strengthen Celosia argentea L. to remove Zn,Pb and Mn in soil,but the removal rate was decreased by co-cropping with Jatropha gossypiifolia. Therefore,it was not suitable for co-cropping of Jatropha gossypiifolia L. and Celosia argentea L. to remediate heavy metal contaminated soil.
