摘要
城市中心区的地下空间通过彼此建立联系以提高使用效率,从而达到一定的经济效益和社会效益。在中心区地下步行系统规划中,不但需要顶层设计考虑系统的完整性,还要因掣肘于某一段连通工程实际施工难度,去更多地考虑协调产权、突破工程技术、消减施工社会影响等因素。因此,本文引入城市道路交通评价中的"连通度"指标。它既反映了整个地下步行系统的网络化程度,也能反映某一段连通工程在整个系统连通中的价值,去支撑高成本高难度的地下空间发展决策。探索地下步行系统中的连通度计算方法。文章通过收集北京、深圳、南京、杭州的中心区地下步行系统规划方案作为算例研究,希望能为其他城市地下步行系统规划提供思路和方法参考。
        The underground space in the urban central area can improve the use efficiency by establishing links with each other,so as to achieve certain economic and social benefits. In the planning of underground pedestrian system in central area,not only the integrity of the system should be considered in the top-level design,but also the difficulties in the actual construction of a certain connecting project should be considered to coordinate property rights,breakthrough engineering technology and reduce the social impact of construction. Therefore,this paper introduces the " connectivity" index in urban road traffic evaluation. It not only reflects the degree of networking of the whole underground walking system,but also reflects the value of a certain connecting project in the whole system connectivity,to support the high-cost and difficult decision-making of underground space development. To explore the calculation method of connectivity in the underground walking system. Through collecting the planning schemes of the underground pedestrian system in central areas of Beijing,Shenzhen,Nanjing and Hangzhou as examples,this paper hopes to provide ideas and methodological references for the planning of underground pedestrian system in other cities.
