高性能饰面清水混凝土的应用分析

摘要
清水混凝土是近年出现的一种新型混凝土,具有一次性浇筑成型、无需额外装饰等特点,具有天然的美感和自然的本性,已在大量的市政桥梁工程和民用建筑得到广泛应用。然而清水砼作为一种新兴的建筑材料,在我国的应用还远未达到成熟的地步,在当前的实际应用中仍然有着诸多问题需要完善和解决,这对我国清水砼技术的发展是十分不利的,因此本文对清水砼的施工技术进行了深入探讨,着重对高性能饰面清水混凝土的配合比设计进行了分析。实际应用结果表明,本文提出的高性能饰面清水混凝土施工质量控制方法和配合比设计可以有效改善当前普遍存在的问题。本文的研究可以为清水砼在我国的应用和推广提供有益的借鉴。
        As a new type of concrete appearing in recent years, fair-faced concrete has the characteristics of one-time pouring molding, no additional decoration, natural beauty and nature, and has been widely used in a large number of municipal bridge engineering and civil buildings. However, as an emerging building material, the application of fair-faced concrete in our country is far from mature, and there are still many problems that need to be improved and solved in the current practical application, which is very unfavorable to the development of fair-faced concrete technology in our country. Therefore, the construction technology of fair-faced concrete was discussed in depth in this paper. The research in this paper can provide a useful reference for the application and popularization of fair faced concrete in China.
