摘要

文章根据收集的合肥市2017年至2018年6月底的建筑节能规划方案审查数据以及绿色建筑专家审查会结果数据,对合肥市新建民用建筑的节能执行概况及绿色建筑项目概况进行分析。希望文章能够为其他地市建筑节能和绿色建筑的管理以及设计工作提供借鉴。
        According to the data of Hefei from 2017 to the end of June 2018 collected by the author and the results of the expert review on green building, this paper analyzed the general situation of energy-saving projects and the implementation of energy-saving projects in newly-built civil buildings in Hefei. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the management and design of energy-saving and green buildings in other cities.

    (1)合肥城镇建设用地范围内新建民用建筑都应当按照一星级以上绿色建筑标准进行建设。其中,大型公共建筑、公共机构办公建筑和政府投资的其他公共建筑应当按照二星级以上绿色建筑标准建设。鼓励其他公共建筑和居住建筑按照二星级以上绿色建筑标准进行建设。
    (2)方案经修改、上会专家签字同意后方可通过。
    (3)修改好之后需再次组织审查会进行专家审查。
