长三角城市群生态环境-科技创新-经济增长耦合协调时空分异研究

摘要
如何更好发挥区域内各要素系统间的协调发展潜力以实现可持续发展已成为学者和政策制定者日益关注的问题之一。本文以长三角城市群为案例,计算了2005-2015年26个城市生态环境、科技创新和经济增长三个要素系统的评价指数及各城市耦合协调度,并据此进行类型划分及时空分异格局刻画。文章发现,科技创新和经济增长呈现较高程度的一致性且相对稳定,生态环境的变动性较大。通过进一步研究发现,长三角城市群总体协调,但发展受制于落后的生态环境系统,不同城市应根据各自的主要制约因素补齐发展短板。本文的研究结果为长三角城市群提升核心竞争力提供新的思考方向和政策指引。
        Stimulating the potential of coordinated development among all the elements in the region to achieve sustainable development has become one of the concerns of scholars and policymakers. Taking the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as a case, this paper calculates the evaluation index of ecological environment, technological innovation and economic growth and their coupling and coordination degree during 2005-2015. On the basis of the above calculation, types and spatiotemporal patterns are classified and depicted. This paper finds that technological innovation and economic growth show a high degree of consistency and relatively stable, while the ecological environment is more variable. What's more, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is generally coordinated but constrained by the lagging ecological environment sub-system. Different cities should make up for their short development according to their main constraints. The results of this study provide a new direction and policy guidance for the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration to improve its core competitiveness.
