摘要
内蒙古某大型斑岩型铜钼矿山铜钼分离使用硫氢化钠作为铜抑制剂,药剂单耗高,铜钼分离药剂成本非常高,为了降低成本,改善铜钼分离指标。寻找到新型铜抑制剂X-2,其是某有机聚合物的改性物质。通过实验室小型分离浮选试验,基本确定其与硫氢化钠混合使用进行铜钼分离时,在一定的电位条件下,能有效抑制铜矿物,并且能使硫氢化钠用量显著降低。
        Sodium hydrosulfide is used as a copper inhibitor in the separation of copper and molybdenum in a large porphyry copper-molybdenum mine in Inner Mongolia. The unit consumption of the reagent is high and the cost of the reagent for the separation of copper and molybdenum is very high. In order to reduce the cost and improve the separation index of copper and molybdenum. A new copper inhibitor X-2 was found, which is a modified substance of an organic polymer. Through the laboratory flotation test, it is basically determined that when copper and molybdenum are separated by mixing sodium hydride and copper, copper minerals can be effectively inhibited under certain potential conditions, and the amount of sodium hydride can be significantly reduced.
