摘要

挤出成型水泥墙板轻质、高强,工业化程度高,与钢结构采用标准化外挂连接。基于某钢框架的外围护墙板工程实例,对墙板受力性能进行数值分析,对连接节点进行结构验算,并简要介绍了墙板的安装流程和质量控制要点,为该类墙板的推广应用提供参考和借鉴。
        The extruded cement panel is light,high-strength,high degree of industrialization,and adopts standardized external connection with the steel structure.Based on the example of a peripheral siding project of a steel frame,the mechanical performance of the wallboard is numerically analyzed,the joint nodes are calculated,the installation process and quality control points of the wallboard are introduced,which provide reference for application of this type of wallboard.
