摘要
在变电设备的运行过程中,故障发生前都会有明显的异常温升特点,如果发现不及时,就会造成严重的事故,因此温度是变电设备运行中需要重点监测的一个重要参数。采用温度在线监测系统,将温度传感器安装在高压设备的被测点上,由温度监测装置向温度传感器发射询问指令脉冲并接收测量点温度数据(同时具备超温报警功能),再通过RS485串行通信口与监控计算机相连,可实现对电气设备各连接点温度的实时监测,使变电运行人员能够及时发现设备缺陷并采取有效措施。采用该系统对保障设备安全运行、提高供电可靠性具有重要的意义。
        During the operation process of substation equipment, there will be obvious abnormal temperature rise before the failure occurs. If the anomaly is not found in time,it will cause serious accidents. Therefore,temperature is an important parameter to be monitored in the operation of substation equipment. The temperature online monitoring system is adopted, and the temperature sensor is installed at the measured point of the high-pressure equipment. The temperature monitoring device fires an inquiry command pulse to the temperature sensor and receives the temperature data of the measurement point(it has an ultra-temperature alarm function). Through the RS485 serial communication port,the sensor is connected to the monitoring computer to achieve the real-time temperature monitoring of the electrical equipment connection points, so that the substation operators can find equipment defects in time and take effective measures. The usage of the system is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of equipment and improve the reliability of power supply.
