摘要
本文介绍了昆虫蛋白的价值及开发应用现状,对昆虫营养组成(包括蛋白、氨基酸、脂肪等各项含量)到蛋白功能成分的特点及应用进行了概括,并且列举了目前在食品工业、农业、疾病和药物等方面的开发应用。最后,提出了目前昆虫蛋白生产方面的不足,并展望了昆虫蛋白的发展前景。
        This paper introduced the value of insect protein and its development and application status.The characteristics and applications of insect nutrient composition(including the content of protein,amino acid,fat etc.)and protein functional components were summarized.It also listed the current development and application in the food industry,agriculture,disease and drugs.Finally,the shortcomings of insect protein production were put forward and the development prospect of insect protein was prospected.
