浅覆软土中钢管幕顶进施工沉降控制技术研究

摘要
上海市田林路地道新建工程采用管幕-箱涵工法穿越中环线,地道施工具有覆土浅、断面大、周边环境保护要求高等难点。钢管幕在淤泥质软土中穿越高等级道路,顶进施工时沉降变形控制是极为重要的一环。结合内锁扣形式的管幕钢管设计,从管幕掘进机刀盘与泥土舱设计、顶进纠偏系统、洞口止水装置、触变泥浆系统及管幕施工顺序等多个方面,详细阐述管幕钢管顶进过程中沉降控制施工技术措施。施工监测结果表明,中环线路面变形均控制在±2cm内,沉降控制作用明显。钢管幕群顺利穿越中环线,为后续箱涵推进创造有利条件。
        The proposed Tianlin Road tunnel crosses the Mid-ring Road( city expressway) in Shanghai.The tunnel construction has many features and difficulties,include shallow covering,large section,high protection requirements for surrounding environment,and so on. It is intend to use pipe roof-box culvert method as the steel pipe roof is jacking across high grade road in the soft clay, the subsidence deformation control is an important part of this method. Based on the pipe design of inner-lock,the settlement control technology in the process of pipe roof jacking is elaborated. It contains the designs of cutter and soil warehouses for heading machine,deviation rectify system,sealing device,thixotropic mud system and jacking sequence of steel pipes. The monitoring results show that the deformation of Mid-ring Road surface are controlled within the allowable range as ± 2 cm. The successful passage of pipe roof underneath the Mid-ring Road has laid favorable foundation for subsequent culvert advancing.
