摘要
国家海洋信息中心基于多个数据库和数值模型,研发了中国近海海上溢油一体化预测预警系统。系统将溢油预测结果与GIS平台相结合,同时集成了溢油模型、环境敏感资源信息、应急设备和队伍信息数据库,为溢油应急提供溢油敏感资源及应急资源的日常管理,实现溢油漂移预测结果与敏感资源图的叠加耦合,达到对环境敏感资源的快速预警。作为该系统研究中的第二部分,本文主要介绍了系统的可视化和业务化应用的研究工作。
        Based on multiple databases and numerical models, National Marine Data and Information Service(NMDIS) has researched and developed the China Integrated Offshore Oil Spill Forecasting and Early Warning System. The system combines the oil spill forecast results with GIS platform, integrates the oil spill model, the environmental sensitive resource database, the contingency equipment and working team database, provides daily emergency management on oil spill sensitive resources and contingency resources. The coupling of the oil spill forecast results and the sensitive resource figures were realized to achieve rapid early warning for environmental sensitive resources. As the second part of the system research, this paper mainly introduces the visualization and operational application of the system.
