摘要
水利工程的建设在产生巨大社会效益的同时,也将产生低温水和下游减脱水等生态环境问题。以纳坝水库为例,对低温水影响控制和生态水下放措施进行研究,以减缓工程建设对生态环境所产生的不利影响。
The construction of water conservancy projects will not only bring huge social benefits,but also bring about ecological and environmental problems such as low temperature water and downstream reduction and dehydration.Taking Naba reservoir as an example,this paper studies the control of low-temperature water impact and the measures of ecological water release,in order to mitigate the adverse effects of construction on the ecological environment.
