资源型区域生态创新作用机理研究

摘要
资源型区域低能效和高污染与"绿水青山就是金山银山"严重相悖。为此,文章以典型的资源型区域为例,从环保创新投入、环保创新产出和环境绩效视角出发,利用结构方程对资源型区域生态创新作用机理进行实证检验。研究结果发现:环保资本投入和环保基础设施投入直接提升环境绩效,而环保人力投入并未对环境绩效产生直接影响;环保人力投入和环保资本投入直接导致环保新产品产出和环保专利产出数量增加,而环保基础设施投入对环保新产品产出和环保专利产出数量并未产生直接作用效果;环保新产品数量直接提升环境绩效水平,而环保专利产出并未直接增强环境绩效水平。
        It is serious inconsistent between resource-based areas of low energy efficiency and high pollution and"Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets".Therefore,this paper,takes the typical resource-based areas as examples,from the perspective of environmental innovation input,environmental innovation output and environmental performance,applies the structural equation to make an empirical test on the mechanism of eco-innovation in resource-based areas.The results show that:Environmental capital investment and environmental infrastructure investment directly enhance environmental performance,whereas environmental manpower input has no direct impact on environmental performance;Environmental manpower input and environmental capital investment directly lead to the increase of the output of new environmental products and patents,whereas environmental infrastructure investment has no direct effect on the output of new environmental products and patents;The number of new environmental products directly improves the level of environmental performance,while the output of environmental protection patents does not directly promote the level of environmental performance.
