乡村振兴的法治路径探索——村民驱动型发展模式及其贡献

摘要
正确理解和处理乡村振兴与法治之间的辩证关系,是新时代我国乡村治理亟待解决的新课题。蕴涵着独特"法治基因"的村民驱动型发展模式,探索出了一条乡村振兴法治化的新路径。这一发展模式启示:必须通过尊重村民基本权利、规范有序参与治理、提升主体自治能力、优化基层权力结构、完善公共服务体系等具体工作,确保乡村振兴战略在法治轨道上健康运行。
Correctly understanding and dealing with the dialectical relationship between rural rejuvenation and the rule of law is a new task that needs to be resolved in China's rural governance in the new era.It implies a village-driven development model with a unique "rule of law" and explores a new path for rural revitalization and rule of law.This development model enlightens:it is necessary to ensure the healthy operation of the rural revitalization strategy on the rule of law track by respecting the basic rights of the villagers, regulating and orderly participation in governance, improving the autonomy of the subject, optimizing the grassroots power structure, and improving the public service system.
