摘要
中国特色社会主义新时代,互联网与教育的深度融合与相互促进是高校思政课教师面临的现实发展机遇和挑战,为顺应教育信息化、教学技能化发展趋势,思政课教师需要从知识创新、科研创新、价值取向3个维度进行自我革新,实现传统教师身份向创新型教师身份转变;实现"教书匠"思维向自主科研意识转变;坚持政治定力和正确价值取向,在"互联网+"背景下推动自身可持续发展。教育信息化与技术化一方面促进了中国高等教育事业全面改革和快速发展;另一方面,也对高校思政课教师全面发展提出更高的要求。
        In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the deep integration and mutual promotion of Internet and education are the realistic development opportunities and challenges faced by teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. In order to comply with the development trend of education informationization and teaching skills, ideological and political teachers need to learn from knowledge innovation. The three dimensions of scientific research innovation and value orientation are self-innovation, realizing the transformation of traditional teacher status to innovative teacher status; realizing the transformation of "teacher" thinking to independent scientific research consciousness; adhering to political power and correct value orientation, in the context of "Internet + " Promote its own sustainable development. On the one hand, education informatization and technology have promoted the comprehensive reform and rapid development of China's higher education, and on the other hand, put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive development of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
