摘要
2017年柳州市三江县农业水价综合改革试点项目区共有8个高效节水灌片,总设计灌溉面积5014亩,涉及三江县6个乡镇的9个行政村。项目区全部为高效节水灌片,水源主要为山冲水以及河流引水,农业种植结构主要有水果、蔬菜、茶叶等,涉及的作物较多。论述了三江县农业水价综合改革试点区8个高效节水灌片的农业水权确认、供需水量平衡和供水成本测算方法,并测算了农业水价承受能力,在此基础上,确定供水价格按不同作物分类收取。
        In 2017, the trial project areas in Sanjiang County for comprehensive reform of agricultural water price included 8 efficient water-saving irrigation zones distributed at 9 villages of 6 towns, with a total irrigated area of 5014 mu. The water sources are mostly mountain streams and river water. The planting structure mainly consists of fruit, vegetable and tea etc. The author discussed the confirmation of agricultural water rights, balance of water demand and supply, calculation of water supply cost and bearing capacity of agricultural water price, based on which it is concluded the water prices shall be different for different crops.
