摘要

工业行业迅猛发展,对环境防护提出了更高的要求。但基于环境评价角度分析,环境监测工作是必不可少的,直接关乎评价工作开展成效。本文主要对环境监测,在环境影响评价中的监督作用、监测作用,以及应用实践中问题解决对策等方面进行阐述,从而为我国环保事业发展提供价值参照。
        The industrial industry has developed rapidly and put forward higher requirements for environmental protection. However, based on the analysis of environmental assessment, environmental monitoring is indispensable, and it is directly related to the effectiveness of the evaluation work. This paper mainly describes the environmental monitoring, the supervision role in the environmental impact assessment, the monitoring role, and the problem solving countermeasures in the application practice, thus providing a reference for the development of environmental protection in China.
