摘要

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在大学生挫折教育中具有独特的优势,扮演者重要角色,发挥着重要作用。大学生遭遇的挫折主要有学习挫折、交往挫折、情感挫折和就业挫折。大学生遭遇挫折时心理异于社会一般青年,高校辅导员既是指导者、支持者又是引领者,需要加强自身学习,提升职业能力,采取各种方法和途径,努力实现其在大学生挫折教育中角色与作用。
        Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,who have unique advantages and play an important role in frustration education. Learning frustration,communication frustration,emotional frustration and employment frustration are mainly encountered by college students. Counselors are not only guiders and supporters,but also leaders. They need to strengthen self-learning,enhance professional abilities,adopt various methods and ways to realize their roles in frustration education.
