科技园技术扩散背景下农业技术采用效率研究——基于许昌国家农业科技园花卉产业的调查统计

摘要
农业科技园是以某特定农业技术为主导的区域农业技术研发与推广中心,对辐射区内农业技术扩散与生产效率提升有重要的引擎作用。考察其技术扩散效率及影响因素,对改进科技园技术扩散的举措有显著价值。基于198份有效调研问卷,对许昌国家农业科技园花卉产业的技术采用效率进行了测度,结果表明:①样本花卉种植户具有较高的技术效率水平,均值为0.785 5,资本、劳动力及土地3个要素对技术效率的影响均通过了显著性检验,资本和土地规模的二次项也有一定程度的影响;②从不同规模花卉种植户的效率累积次数分布来看,规模较大的花卉种植户技术效率均值明显高于规模较小者;③技术效率损失的影响因素方面,决策者学历程度、家庭的劳动力赋存状况、种植面积、是否成为龙头企业基地户、参加种植技术培训次数以及贷款便利程度等变量均通过了不同程度的显著性检验。
        Agricultural science and technology park is a regional agricultural technology research and development and extension center dominated by a specific agricultural technology, which plays an important engine role in the diffusion of agricultural technology and the improvement of production efficiency in the radiation area. It is of direct guiding value to explore the measures to improve the technology diffusion of science and technology parks by investigating the efficiency and influencing factors of technology diffusion. Based on 198 valid questionnaires, the technology adoption efficiency of flower industry of Xuchang National Agricultural Science and Technology Park was measured. The results showed that: ① the sample flower farmers had higher level of technical efficiency, with an average value of 0.7855, the influences of capital, labor force and land on technical efficiency had all passed the significance test, and the secondary items of capital and land scale also had certain degrees of influence; ② seeing from the distribution of efficiency accumulation times of different flower-scale farmers, the average technical efficiency of larger flower-scale farmers was significantly higher than that of smaller scale farmers; ③ in terms of the influencing factors of the loss of technical efficiency, the educational background of decision makers, the situation of family labor force, the planting area, whether or not members of the leading enterprises base, the frequency of participating in technical training of planting, the convenience degree of loans, and other variables had all passed the significance test in different degrees.
