摘要
本研究采用人工湿地植物(水葱)烧制的秸秆生物炭作为微生物增效试剂,投加到经1:5(kg/L)土水比加入浓度为0. 4g/L阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)洗脱堆放土壤中,每隔1~2周翻动土壤,并保持土壤含水率25%~35%,30天后堆放土壤经过高通量测序发现细菌菌群生物量总数增加,不饱和脂肪酸比例增大,1-hydroxy-2-naphthoate dioxygenase和PAH dioxygenase large subunit等基因(酶)的相对丰度增加,生物炭可大大大改善洗脱土壤的微生物群落生境。
