摘要
为评价山西省农业水资源和经济两系统间协调发展状态,论文通过分析山西省的农业水资源和经济的现状,利用国内外现有的农业水资源与经济发展的研究成果,采用主客观赋值法,对农业水资源系统和经济发展系统分别确定了9个和11个评价指标,运用层次分析和均值-方差决策法,揭示了2011-2015年山西省农业水资源的5个主要影响因子和7个主要经济发展因子,建立了适合山西省农业水资源与经济两系统协调发展的模型和判别标准,并计算了2011-2015年间两系统的协调发展度。结果表明,两系统的协调发展度从2011年的0. 499 2增加至2015年的0. 883 4,山西省的农业水资源与经济发展已经由濒临失调逐渐发展过渡到良好协调。
        In order to evaluate achieve coordinated development between the two systems of agricultural water resources and economy in Shanxi Province,the status of agricultural water resources and economy in Shanxi Province was first analyzed,and the research results of agricultural water resources and economic development were used.The subjective and objective analysis methods have determined 9 evaluation indicators of agricultural water resources system and 11 evaluation indicators of economic development system. Using the analytic hierarchy process and the mean-variance decision-making method,the agricultural waters of Shanxi Province from 2011 to 2015 were revealed. The five main influencing factors of resources and seven major economic development factors have established a model and discriminant criteria suitable for the coordinated development of agricultural water resources and economic systems in Shanxi Province,and calculated the coordinated development degree of the two systems between 2011 and 2015. It shows that the coordinated development of the two systems increased from 0. 499 2 in 2011 to 0. 883 4 in 2015,and the status of coordinated development between agricultural water resources and economy has transited from near-imbalance to well-coordinated.
