江苏省商标密集型产业的测度与分析

摘要
江苏作为知识产权大省,是我国知识产权强省的示范之一,但是江苏省对商标密集型产业的研究却不足,还处于探索阶段。因此,构建一个适用于江苏省商标密集型产业的统计测度体系成了重中之重。参考美国、欧盟及国内对知识产权密集型产业研究现状,结合江苏省具体实际,构建了一套江苏省商标密集型产业的测度体系,从而认定了江苏省包括食品制造业、电气机械及器材制造业等在内的32个商标密集型产业,有利于促进江苏省商标密集型产业的发展。
Jiangsu,as a major province of intellectual property rights,is one of the demonstrations of China's strong province of intellectual property rights,but the research on trademark-intensive industries in Jiangsu province is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,the construction of a statistical measurement system for trademark-intensive industries in Jiangsu province has become the top priority.Referring to the research status of intellectual property intensive industries in the United States,the European Union and China,and combining with the actual situation of Jiangsu province,a set of measurement system for trademark-intensive industries in Jiangsu province is constructed.Thus,32trademark-intensive industries in Jiangsu province,including food manufacturing,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,are identified,which is conducive to promoting the development of trademark-intensive industries in Jiangsu province.
