浅议农村水环境污染的现状及防控措施

摘要
水是人类生存和发展的基础资源之一,当前我国农村水资源污染问题较为突出,急需解决。生产和生活都离不开水资源,水资源更是维持生态环境的根本,良好的农村水环境不仅能够促进农民安居乐业、提高农民生活品质,还能够在构建社会主义新农村、实现国家"五位一体"战略布局即全面建成小康社会方面起到决定性的影响。所以,必须积极采取相关措施,有效遏制农村水环境的继续恶化,切实保障农村经济和环境的可持续发展。
Water is one of the basic resources for human survival and development. At present, the problem of water resources pollution in rural areas of China is more prominent and needs to be solved urgently. Production and life are inseparable from water resources, and water resources are more fundamental to maintain the ecological environment. A good rural water environment can not only promote farmers to live and work in peace and happiness, improve their quality of life, but also be able to build a new socialist countryside. The realization of national "five-in-one" strategic layout, that is, building a well-off society in an all-round way, plays a decisive role. Therefore, it is necessary to take active measures to effectively curb the deterioration of rural water environment and ensure the sustainable development of rural economy and environment.
