摘要
畜牧业是我国农业产业的重要组成部分,不仅关系到养殖户丰产增收的经济问题,而且事关食品安全和环保的社会问题。特别是随着社会的发展,人们物质生活水平得到明显提高,消费者对动物源食品的需求已经从以前对量的需求过渡为现如今对质的需求,这也是食品安全和环保问题备受社会关注的原因。所以,要想促进畜牧业经济的可持续发展,需注重对优质牧草和饲料的开发利用,在源头上保证动物源食品的质量和安全。因此,本文主要从畜牧业经济的角度阐述优质牧草和饲料的重要作用,并针对饲养管理中的一些问题提出相应对策,更好的提高动物的生产性能和肉品质。
        Animal husbandry is an important part of China's agricultural industry. It is not only related to the economic problems of raising farmers' high yield and income, but also to the social problems of food safety and environmental protection. Especially with the development of society, people's material living standards have been significantly improved, so the demand of consumers for animal-derived food has changed from the previous demand for quantity to the present demand for quality.This is also the reason why food safety and environmental protection issues have attracted much social attention.Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry economy, we need to pay attention to the development and utilization of high-quality forage and feed, in order to ensure the quality and safety of animal-derived food at the source. Therefore, this paper mainly expounds the important role of high quality forage and feed from the angle of animal husbandry economy, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for some problems in feeding management, in order to better improve animal production performance and meat quality.
