我国环境损害赔偿法律制度的现状和健全

近年来环境问题频繁发生,生命之河的污染,沙尘暴、雾霾日趋严重,人类赖以生存的环境亮起了红灯,应对环境损害已经变得刻不容缓。在我国环境损害赔偿的现有法律规定和发展的基础上,进而思考出如何完善我国现行环境损害赔偿法律制度的三个方面。完善校园环境损害赔偿法律体系,完善我国环境损害赔偿评估机制,延长生态环境损害赔偿评估机制。
Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, which is mainly due to the great success in the fields of industry and science and technology. However, the price of these successes is the sacrifice of the environment. In recent years, environmental problems have occurred frequently. The pollution of the river of life, sandstorms and smog have become increasingly serious. The environment in which human beings live depends on the red light. It is imperative to deal with environmental damage.The first thing to do about environmental damage is prevention. However, the reality is that post relief becomes the most urgent need after environmental damage. The main way of this kind of the post relief is damage compensation. Therefore, the research on environmental damage compensation is very important and practical. Based on the existing legal provisions and development of environmental damage compensation in China, this paper further considers the perfect path of China's current environmental damage compensation legislation.
