摘要
目的生活饮用水中硝酸盐氮的两种测定方法的比较分析。方法采用麝香草酚分光光度法以及离子色谱法进行硝酸盐氮测定,比较两种测定方法的相关数据。结果两种测定方法的准确度和精确度均较高,而在测定结果的比较中则显示,两种检测方法测定结果相近,并没有较大的差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种检测方式具有相近的检测效果,能够进行有效的测定,但是离子色谱法具有更高的安全性和稳定性,值得推广。
Objective Comparative analysis of two methods for determination of nitrate nitrogen in drinking water. Methods The determination of nitrate nitrogen was carried out by thymol spectrophotometry and Ion Chromatography. The data of the two methods were compared. Results The accuracy and accuracy of the two assays were high. In the comparison of the measured results, the results of the two assays were similar, and there was no significant difference. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The two detection methods have similar detection effects and can be effectively measured. However, Ion Chromatograph has higher safety and stability and is worthy of promotion.
