新型生产储油平台设计与应用——基于渤海旅大27-2/32-2稠油边际油田开发工程项目

摘要
为了解决渤海边际油田旅大27-2/32-2油田地质油藏复杂、稠油储量大、周边没有可依托设施、经济效益差等难题,提出了新型生产储油平台(PSP)开发模式。详细分析了PSP位置确定、总体布置、储罐罐容设计、穿梭油轮靠泊设计等关键技术,论证了PSP应用于稠油油田开发的可靠性和合理性。新型生产储油平台已在旅大27-2/32-2油田取得成功应用,为海上边际油田、稠油油田开发提供了一种新模式。
        In order to solve the problems of complicated geologic reservoirs, large reserves of heavy oil, lack of supporting facilities nearby this oilfield and poor economic benefits in the LD 27-2/32-2 marginal oilfields in the Bohai sea, a new development mode was proposed for the production and storage platform(PSP). The key technologies of PSP such as the location determination, overall layout, tank capacity design and berthing design of shuttle tanker were analyzed in details, and the reliability and rationality of PSP for its application in heavy oil oilfield development were demonstrated. The new production and storage platform has been successfully applied in the LD 27-2/32-2 oilfields, which provides a new model for the development of offshore marginal oilfields and heavy oil fields.
