摘要
目的建立生活饮用水中溴乙腈、溴氯乙腈、二溴乙腈和三氯乙腈的液液萃取-气相色谱检测法。方法采用液液萃取-气相色谱法检测饮用水中的溴乙腈、溴氯乙腈、二溴乙腈和三氯乙腈,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果本方法中溴乙腈、溴氯乙腈、二溴乙腈和三氯乙腈线性范围0. 20~1. 50μg/L,相关系数均大于0. 992。方法相对标准偏差2. 14%~19. 3%。结论本方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高等优点,适用于生活饮用水中溴乙腈、溴氯乙腈、二溴乙腈和三氯乙腈的检测。
        Objective To establish a method for the determination of bromoacetonitrile( BAN),bromochloroacetonitrile( BCAN),dibromoacetonitrile( DBAN) and trichloroacetonitrile( TCAN) in drinking water by liquid-liquid extraction combined with gas chromatography. Methods BAN,BCAN,DBAN and TCAN in drinking water samples were extracted by liquid-liquid partition,and then the qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak area respectively. Results The linear ranges of the calibration curves for BAN,BCAN,DBAN and TCAN were 0.20-1.50 μg/L. The correlative coefficients of the method were above 0.992,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.14%-19.3%.Conclusions The method has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity,and it is applicable to the determination of BAN,BCAN,DBAN and TCAN in drinking water.
