高效液相色谱法测定苯乙烯及苯乙烯混合液中脱色剂A含量

摘要
采用液相色谱法取代分光光度法测定苯乙烯及苯乙烯混合液中脱色剂A含量,利用液相色谱分离原理,外标法测定脱色剂A含量。结果表明:高效液相色谱法测定苯乙烯及苯乙烯混合液中脱色剂A含量最小检出量为10mg/kg,加标回收率范围在98.26%~100.54%,准确性较好。与分光光度法相比,本方法克服了分光光度法空白干扰大等问题,具有精密度高,操作简便、快捷等优点。
        A HPLC is employed to measure the A decolorant content in styrene and its mixture instead of a spectrophotometry.The A decolorant content is quantified by external standard method using the separation principle of HPLC. The results show that the minimum detectable concentration of the A decolorant is 10 mg/kg and the recovery is 98.26%–100.54%. It is quite accurate to measure the A decolorant concentrations in the styrene and its mixture by the HPLC. Compared to the spectrophotometry,this method overcomes its disadvantages such as serious blank interference and so on,and is high accuracy,easy operation,fast et al.
