摘要
基于潍坊市2018年各县市洪涝灾害严重的实情,为了解其受灾区县洪涝灾害风险性的高低程度,结合潍坊市各区县基础地理信息及社会经济数据,利用遥感以及格网化数据,采用AHP层次分析法,利用GIS的空间分析功能,对潍坊市各区县进行洪涝灾害风险区划并进行分析评估与检验,结果如下:洪涝灾害的危险性主要受气象和地理因素的影响,总体趋势为西北部高于东南部;暴露性主要受耕地比例的影响,暴露性大的总体集中在耕地比例较小的中部地区(潍城区、奎文区及坊子区);脆弱性高、防灾减灾能力弱的地区主要集中在中部及北部。潍坊市洪涝灾害风险综合指数北部高于南部,受危险性影响较大。
        Floodsat various counties and cities ofWeifang City were serious in 2018. In order to better understand the risk level of flood disasters in the affected counties, it was carried out the flood disaster riskzoning of various districts and counties in Weifang City and conducted the assessment and test by using the remote sensing and grid data, with the adoption of the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) based on the spatial analysis function of GIS. The results show that, the risk of flooding is mainly affected by meteorological and geographic factors, with the general trend of risk in northwest higher than that of southeast part of City. The exposure of flood is mainly affected by the proportion of cultivated land, the lands with higher exposure mainly concentrated in the central areas(Weicheng, Kuiwen and Fangzi Districts) with lower proportion of cultivated land. The areas with higher vulnerability and weaker capacity of disaster prevention are mainly located in the middle and north part of the Weifang City. The comprehensive index of flood disaster risk in the north part is higher than that of in the south part of Weifang City, with the high risk impact.
