摘要
针对选矿废水残留大量浮选药剂、成分复杂,制约了矿山废水回用的问题,采用VUV/O_3的方法研究处理含酯-105的选矿模拟废水。结果表明,同等反应条件下,15 min内3种工艺对酯-105废水的降解效果为VUV/O_3> O_3> VUV。在VUV光源功率15 W,溶液初始pH=10,O_3的质量流量为6 g/h,反应10 min后,VUV/O_3对酯-105废水的降解效果最好,降解率达到98.71%;6种共存离子对VUV/O_3降解酯-105废水的影响作用大小为Ca~(2+)>CO_3~(2-)>SO_4~(2-)>SiO_3~(2-)>Cl~-(Na~+)。VUV/O_3在降解酯-105废水的过程中,HO·对酯-105废水的降解起主要作用,反应20 min后,溶液中TOC的降解率达到平衡,TOC的质量浓度下降了4.48 mg/L。由此可见,利用VUV/O_3技术对酯-105进行处理,高效可行,且无二次污染。
        The reuse of mine wastewater is restricted for the large amount of complex flotation reagents remaining in the beneficiation wastewater. The treatment of beneficiation simulated wastewater containing ester-105 by VUV/O_3 was studied. The results showed that, the degradation effects of three processes on ester-105 wastewater within 15 min were: VUV/O_3> O_3> VUV. Under the conditions of VUV light source was 15 W, initial pH was 10,the mass flow rate of O_3 was 6 g/h, after 10 min reaction, VUV/O_3 had the best degradation effect, and the degradation rate of ester-105 wastewater rate reached 98.71%. The effects of 6 kinds of coexisting ions on the degradation of ester wastewater by VUV/O_3 were: Ca~(2+)>CO_3~(2-)>SO_4~(2-)>SiO_3~(2-)>Cl~-(Na~+).The main effect of the degradation of ester-105 wastewater was HO·, after 20 min, the degradation rate of TOC in the solution reached a balance, and the mass concentration of TOC decreased with 4.48 mg/L. It can be seen that the treatment of ester-105 by VUV/O_3 technology is efficient and feasible without secondary pollution.
