我国煤炭贸易供应链协同管理研究

摘要
对我国煤炭产销地域差异、企业组织自身结构、企业间信任程度、信息化程度和供应链整体效益进行客观分析,阐述了煤炭供应链协同理论,对比传统供应链管理与供应链协同管理的差异,构造煤炭贸易中供应链协同管理模型,提出在煤炭贸易中战略协同、利益协同、业务协同、信息协同、库存协同和服务协同管理。最后对供应链协同管理进行评估,将协同指标分解成为13个二级KPI指标,并对指标进行量化并进行评估,找出差距。
This paper objectively analyzed the regional differences of coal production and marketing, the structure of enterprise organization,the degree of trust among enterprises,the degree of informatization and the overall benefit of supply chain in China. the coal supply chain synergy theory was expounded,and the differences between traditional supply chain management and supply chain collaborative management were compared,the supply chain collaborative management model was constructed in coal trade,and strategic collaboration,benefit collaboration,business collaboration,information collaboration,inventory collaboration and service collaboration management were proposed in coal trade. Finally,the supply chain collaborative management was evaluated,the collaborative indicators were decomposed into 13 secondary KPI indicators. and the indicators were quantified and evaluated to find the gap.
