摘要
【目的】枣树是中国第一大干果树种,具有重要的经济价值和生态价值。枣树长期面临着病害严重、育种缓慢等问题,急需定向培育优良品种。【方法】枣树遗传转化一般使用农杆菌介导法,通过对遗传转化过程中的各因素进行优化,可以有效提高遗传转化效率。得到转基因植株后要验证目的基因是否整合到植物基因组并能够发挥预期的功能,验证通过后再进行后续的炼苗移栽等工作。【结果】通过枣树遗传转化试验,可以定向改良枣树品种,缩短育种年限,培育出符合实际需求的新品种。【结论】综述中国枣树遗传转化的方法和成果,总结比较枣树遗传转化过程中各个影响因素的作用,为利用基因工程手段进行枣树品种改良提供借鉴。
        【Objective】Jujube is the largest dried fruit tree species in China and has important economic and ecological values.Jujube trees are faced with long-term problems such as serious diseases and slow breeding,and it is urgent to cultivate new cultivars.【Methods】Agrobacterium-mediated transformation is commonly used in the genetic transformation of Chinese jujube.Through optimization of various factors in the genetic transformation process,the efficiency of genetic transformation can be effectively improved.After obtaining the transgenic plant,it is necessary to verify whether the target gene is integrated into the plant genome and can perform its intended function.After the verification is passed,the subsequent hardening seedling transplanting are performed.【Results】Through the genetic transformation experiment of jujube tree,the jujube tree species can be improved,the breeding period can be shortened,and new varieties can be cultivated to meet the actual needs.【Conclusion】This article reviews the methods and results of genetic transformation of jujube trees in China,summarizes and compares the effects of various influencing factors in the process of genetic transformation of jujube trees,and provides references for the use of genetic engineering methods for jujube tree species improvement.
