区域环境空气质量预报预警的一般方法和基本原则

摘要
目前,为了满足人们对生活环境质量的需求,环境空气质量预报工作必须做到最好,环保部门首先在一些地方进行了区域环境空气质量预报工作。根据现阶段学到的预报技术和一些西方发达国家在这方面的相关研究,得出一些相关方法对环境空气质量进行预报,仔细研究了客观订正过程当中大气扩散所需要的条件、污染气体排放、物理化学过程和空气质量变化规律的分析方法及系统建立、结果确定、天气控制形势分析和信息表述等基本原则,希望可以给进行环境空气质量预报工作带来一些具有意义的技术参考。
At present, in order to meet people's living needs, the work of environmental air quality prediction must be the best.The relevant departments first carried out regional environmental air quality prediction work in some places.According to the forecasting technology learned at this stage and the related research of some western developed countries in this field,some relevant methods are obtained to forecast air quality well.The conditions required for air diffusion,emission of polluted gases, physical and chemical processes and the law of air quality change in the objective correction process are carefully studied,and the analysis methods and system establishment, result determination,and days are also discussed. It is hoped that the basic principles of gas control situation analysis and information expression can bring some meaningful technical references to the prediction of ambient air quality in various places.
