高速铁路工程建设项目管理信息化研究与分析

摘要
在大数据、云计算、信息化的时代背景下,高速铁路工程建设项目管理也需要紧跟时代步伐,将传统以人为主的管理模式转变为借助信息化手段的现代化管理模式,随着各种信息化技术的出现和不断发展成熟,以现代信息技术为载体的信息化管理模式将大大提高高速铁路工程建设项目管理水平。以新建赣州至深圳铁路潼湖特大桥工程为例,分析信息化在高速铁路工程建设项目管理中的应用及重要性。
Under the background of big data, cloud computing and informationization, the management of high-speed railway engineering construction projects also needs to keep pace with the times, transforming the traditional people-oriented management model into a modern management model with information technology. With the emergence and maturity of various information technologies,the information management model with modern information technology as the carrier will greatly improve the management level of high-speed railway engineering construction projects. Taking the construction of the new Wuzhou-Shenzhen Railway Wuhu Bridge as an example, the application and importance of informatization in the management of high-speed railway construction projects are analyzed.
