习近平生态文明思想的生态安全观研究

摘要
生态安全观是习近平生态文明思想中重要的观点,也是习近平总体国家安全观中的一个极其重要的组成部分。习近平生态安全观是运用马克思主义生态安全理论对严峻生态危机予以理性反思的认识成果,具有丰富的价值意蕴和多元价值诉求。在建设美丽中国、走向社会主义生态文明新时代的历史进程中,认真梳理总结习近平生态文明思想中的生态安全观,并以此为指导,有助于强化全社会的生态安全意识,发展生态安全文化,确立社会主义生态文明观,加强生态安全制度创新,以促进生态安全的实际行动防范化解各类生态风险,切实地实现好、维护好、发展好人民群众的生态权益,夯实国家安全的生态基础,走向人与自然和谐共生的生态安全型社会。
The concept of ecological security is an important point of view in Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, and also an extremely important part of Xi Jinping's overall national security concept. Xi Jinping's concept of ecological security is the result of rational reflection on severe ecological crisis by using Marxist theory of ecological security, which has rich value implications and multiple value demands. In the historical process of building a beautiful China and moving towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization, a careful review and summary of Xi Jinping's concept of ecological security in his thought of ecological civilization will be helpful to strengthen the consciousness of ecological security of the whole society, develop the culture of ecological security, establish the concept of socialist ecological civilization, and strengthen the innovation of ecological security system so as to promote the reality of ecological security. Actions should be taken to prevent and resolve all kinds of ecological risks, effectively realize, safeguard and develop the ecological rights and interests of the people, consolidate the ecological basis of national security, and move towards an eco-safe society in which man and nature coexist harmoniously.
