摘要
硒结合蛋白1 (SELENBP1)是1989年发现的定位于细胞质和细胞核的一种结合硒原子的含硒蛋白质.以往的研究表明,SELENBP1在高尔基体中蛋白质的转运、泛素化/去泛素化介导的蛋白质降解、硫代谢、调节缺氧诱导因子的稳定性等方面发挥着重要作用.也与口臭、癌症、精神分裂症和肾损伤等疾病的发生发展密切相关.本文对SELENBP1的生物功能及其与疾病关系的最新研究进展进行了综述和展望.
        elenium-binding protein 1(SELENBP1) is a selenium-containing protein localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus discovered in 1989. Previous studies have shown that SELENBP1 plays an important role in protein transport in Golgi, ubiquitination/deubiquitination-mediated protein degradation, sulfur metabolism, and regulation the stability of hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF). It is also closely related to the development of diseases such as halitosis, cancer, schizophrenia and kidney damage. In this paper, the recent research progress on the biological function of SELENBP1 and its relationship with disease is reviewed and prospected.
