摘要
随着环境污染和能源短缺问题的加剧,各国纷纷开始新型能源的开发,多晶硅的市场需求量也随之增加,而四氯化硅和二氯二氢硅等副产物的聚集制约着多晶硅行业的发展。四氯化硅反歧化工艺是解决系统副产物聚集的有效途径。文章简述了反歧化的原理,介绍了该技术在中国多晶硅行业的应用情况及其对多晶硅企业的重大意义。
With the intensification of environmental pollution and energy shortages,countries have begun research and development of new energy sources.The market demand for polysilicon has also increased,and the accumulation of by-products such as silicon tetrachloride and dichlorodihydrosilane has restricted polysilicon.The silicon tetrachloride anti-disproportionation process is an effective way to solve the aggregation of system by-products.This paper briefly describes the principle of anti-disproportionation,and introduces the application of this technology in the domestic polysilicon industry and its significance to polysilicon enterprises.
