海洋工程产业发展现状及展望

摘要
世界海洋工程产业肇始于海洋石油开发,海洋石油工程是当前海洋工程最大的产业分支,其发展方向正从浅水转向深水。由于浅水海洋石油资源的逐渐枯竭和原油价格暴跌后相对低迷,海洋石油工程面临发展困局。在海洋经济时代,海洋工程产业分支种类很多,海上风电、海上可燃冰开发、海洋水面和空间利用等都可能成为海洋工程产业的核心业务。通过科技创新降低开发成本,是海洋石油工程重整旗鼓的关键,水下开发模式、边际油田开发和智能化是海洋石油工程三大战略关注重点。海洋工程企业应保持战略前瞻,构建可持续发展的产业结构,并主动拥抱智能化时代,补足短板,积极向智能化企业转型。
The world offshore engineering industry initiates from offshore oil development. The offshore oil engineering business is the largest industrial branch of the offshore engineering industry and its direction is from shallow water to deep water. Due to the gradual exhaustion of offshore oil resources in shallow water and the relatively low price of crude oil, offshore oil engineering is facing development difficulties. In the era of ocean economy, the offshore engineering industry will emerge various branches and offshore wind power, offshore combustible ice development, and ocean surface & space utilization will probably become the core business of the offshore engineering industry. Reducing development costs by means of technical innovation is the key to recover offshore oil engineering and subsea development mode, marginal field development and intelligence are three strategic focuses. Offshore engineering enterprises should keep strategic foresight, construct an industrial structure of sustainable development, positively embrace the era of intelligence, and actively make transition to intelligent enterprises.
