煤矿井下排水系统效率分析及节能途径研究

摘要
针对团柏煤矿矿井排水设备应用量较多、消耗电能大的实际情况,本文以443m水平中央泵房排水系统为研究对象,分别对水泵效率和排水管路效率进行分析,制定团柏煤矿443m水平中央泵房节能途径,通过高位排水、合理优化排水管路组合和避峰填谷用电策略,降低了443m水平中央泵房的电能消耗和费用。
        The mine drainage equipment of Tuanbai Coal Mine is widely and frequently used and consumes a large amount of electrical energy. Based on the fact, the drainage system of the 443 m horizontal central pump house is taken as the research object, and the efficiency of water pump and drainage pipeline are analyzed separately in this paper so as to develop the energy-saving approach of the 443 m horizontal central pump house in Tuanbai Coal Mine.By means of high-level drainage, reasonable optimization of drainage pipeline combination and peak-to-peak filling power strategy, the power consumption and the cost of the 443 m horizontal central pump house are reduced.
