碱回收炉烟气SCR脱硝装置的改进

摘要
随着国家对碱回收炉烟气排放要求越来越严格,一些碱回收炉烟气SCR脱硝效果不明显。分析了现有碱回收炉烟气及烟尘特点、SCR脱硝工艺流程、设备布置、运行情况等,提出了碱回收炉烟气SCR脱硝装置的改进措施。运行实践证明:改进后烟气排放达到了环保要求,且没有出现催化剂堵塞现象。
        As the state regulations for flue gas emission from the alkaline recovery furnace are getting more rigorous,the SCR denitration effect for flue gas from some alkaline recovery furnace is not obvious. An analysis of characteristics of flue gas and fume of the existing alkaline recovery furnace,the SCR denitration process flow,equipment arrangement and operation are provided,and improvement measures for the SCR denitration unit for flue gas from the alkaline recovery furnace are proposed. The operating practice shows that,after the improvement is made,the flue gas emission meets the environmental protection requirements,and there is no catalyst blocking issue.
