摘要
从基于大数据技术的个人测评体系模型设计入手,建设人力资源配置管理平台、建立个人能力模型、建立岗位能力需求模型,最终搭建基于大数据技术的人力资源配置管理平台,解决科研事业机构存在人力资源配置不合理的现象,以期为我国科研事业机构人力资源配置管理的信息化工作提供参考。
Starting from the design of personal evaluation system model based on big data technology, this paper constructs human resource allocation management platform, establishes personal ability model and post capability demand model, and finally builds a human resource allocation management platform based on big data technology to solve scientific research institutions. To solve the problem of unreasonable human resource allocation in scientific research institutions is to provide reference for the information work of human resource allocation management in scientific research institutions in China.
