工业园区污水处理厂提标扩建后的精细化管理

摘要
针对某工业园区污水处理厂提标扩建后运行电耗和药剂消耗高的问题,对主要工段能耗进行分析,采取泵类设备安装变频器,合理控制生物池DO值,提高臭氧反应器的转换效率,同时严控进水异常指标,优化A/O工艺碳源等措施,在保证出水水质达标的前提下,显著降低了运行成本。
        In view of sewage treatment plant operation problems after upgrading and expansion,the energy consumption of main section was analyzed. Some practices were taken,including installing frequency converter to pumps,reasonably controlling DO in biological tanks,increasing conversion efficiency of ozone reactor,strictly controlling the abnormal influent quality,and optimizing carbon source of A/O to reduce the operation cost significantly with qualified effluent.
