环境湿度对船舶主机动力和排放的影响

摘要
大型低速二冲程柴油机凭借良好的动力性和低油耗的特点,在船舶上有大量的应用。然而,随着全球环境的日益恶化和人们环保意识的不断增强,船舶主机因为燃油质量差和排放控制水平相对较低排放出尾气中的NOx和Soot成为影响大气污染的重要部分,尤其在港口城市中,已经成为不可忽视的因素。本文用GT-POWER建立一维仿真模型,分析环境湿度对船舶主机动力和排放的影响,结果显示随着环境湿度的提高,船舶柴油机的燃烧压力峰值和温度峰值都有所下降,排放方面NOx会大幅降低,Soot会提高。
        Large low-speed two-stroke diesel engines have a large number of applications on ships due to their good dynamic performance and low fuel consumption. However, with the deteriorating global environment and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the ship's main engine has attracted people's attention because of poor fuel quality and relatively low emission control level, which has become important parts of pollution, especially in port cities, and these have become a factor that cannot be ignored. In this paper, GT-POWER is used to establish a one-dimensional simulation model to analyze the influence of ambient humidity on the power and emissions of the ship's main engine. The results show that with the increase of environmental humidity, the peak value of combustion pressure and the peak temperature of the marine diesel engine are reduced, NOx will be greatly reduced in terms of emissions, and Soot will increase.
